SEND Compliments and Complaints
We at St. Patrick’s strive to provide the best possible experience and education for your child. To this end, the work of individuals should be open to comments, compliments, questions and sometimes, constructive criticism.
Compliments are always welcome and can be passed on either directly to staff and the school’s SENCO, or formally recorded via our comments books in our reception area, via annual questionnaires to parents or in the form of a letter to the Head Teacher.
Any complaints will be dealt with as quickly and efficiently as possible. These concerns are either addressed informally, often as a result of discussions, or become formal complaints.
